1. What is 'Attaivi'?
Attaivi (Attackers In Video) is a safety smartphone application, that runs on both iPhones and
Androids. It sends the video and location information of 'Attackers' to the nearest Three police
stations, and to the Three registered relatives of the user when is attacked and by pressing
'Attaivi' app button followed by the red button. Similarly when the user presses 'Attaivi' app
button following the yellow target button, it records the video and location information of
'Attackers' and sends this information to the relatives only that are registered.
2. How to download & register this App?
Users can download this App from PlayStore or AppStore to install the application in their mobile
devices by entering the name of the product 'Attaivi'. They should register this application on the
website https://www.testattaivi.com/ before using it. (Check the User Manual)
3. How to use this App?
When users see an emergency situation like attacking them, they should press the 'Attaivi' button on the main screen and the target buttons on following screen. The App automatically records 10 seconds of video of the 'Attacker', and place of the incident and sends to the nearest Three police stations and to Three registered relatives on pressing the red target button. Similarly, when the user presses the yellow target button, it records the video and location information of 'Attackers' and sends this information to only the relatives. The police will get the video and directions to the place of incident by clicking the links that they received. They can also forward this information to any emergency departments and staff they have in list. They also get location information of the victim (Tracking) for every one minute. The user can also stop sending the video and location information if desired. The video can also be recorded by shaking the smartphone (Android Only) briskly.
4. Will I be charged for downloading 'Attaivi' in mobile application?
Yes. A nominal fee for 5 Years of Licence for each cell.
5. What my 'Attaivi' emergency contact can see?
Your emergency contact can see the Attacker's Video, location of incident, and directions along with Three police stations information like police stations name, GPS locations and their cell and landline Phone numbers. They can also see location updates for every one minute.
6. Where does the recorded and video information go?
The recorded video information will be sent to the Pre-Selected Emergency Contacts you entered when setting up your Attaivi Profile and also to the nearest Three Police Control Room personals and to Three registered relatives. A secured tamper resistant copy of your incident can be accessed by the Super Admin who will approve the videos before sending.
7. Can my emergency contacts and Police track me without my knowledge?
Yes, only when you press target emergency buttons as well as when you mention the names which were mentioned at the time of registration.
8. Can the user see the videos and location information?
Yes, by entering your username and password by logging into www.attaivi.in account.
9. How many videos can I record with my smartphone at the time of attack?
As many as required at the time of attack, but should be a real incident, In most cases.
10. I have disconnected my mobile data. Will my service continue to work?
For the Attaivi App to work, you must have a mobile device with access to mobile data or WiFi.
11. How much does it cost to send location updates for every minute by the user as SMS messages to emergency contacts?
Mobicloud absorbs these costs for all SMS messages it is sending to police, user relatives. It is part of 5 Years license fee you are paying.
12. What if, my network connection drops while recording video?
The recorded video will be saved to mobile gallery and sends whenever mobile gets access to mobile data or WiFi.
13. Can I give emergency contact who does not have Smartphone?
Yes. But the video, locations, and directions information can only be seen by opening their emails (Inbox or Spambox) on web.
14. Can this app available and used whole India?
Yes.
15. Is this app available in other countries?
International versions will be released soon.
